Every quote includes the same thing a solo session gets: I’m the only photographer on it, I retouch by hand, and if someone isn’t happy with their shot, I reshoot it, on me. New hires can book themselves into a private link after the fact, so their headshot still matches the rest of your team a year from now.

  • Within one business day of your form. If your dates are tight, say so in the form and I’ll prioritize it.

  • Team size first, then studio versus on-location. Bigger teams cost less per head. On-location adds a setup fee for the travel and equipment, studio sessions don’t.

  • Yes, this is common for hybrid or travelling teams. I’ll photograph whoever’s available on the day and run the rest through individual sessions whenever works for them. Everyone still ends up matching, same lighting, same setup.
