How much does a headshot booth cost?
It depends on the booth format, how long your event runs, and the location. I offer Standard and Premium booths with half-day, full-day, and multi-day rates. Send your event details through the quote form and I'll come back with a clear proposal within one business day, no obligation.
How many headshots can you shoot in an hour?
The Standard booth handles up to 45+ people an hour with one photographer. The Premium booth runs up to 90+ an hour with a second photographer and a second backdrop, which is the right call for busy conference floors and large trade shows.
How long does setup take?
Building a full booth, lighting, backdrops, computers, network, and the slideshow monitor, takes about two hours. I arrive early and have everything ready before the floor opens.
How do attendees get their headshots?
Each person's retouched headshot goes to their email in real time, usually within minutes of being photographed. The email is branded with your company's details, logo and message included.
How does the lead capture work?
Everyone who steps up to the booth provides their contact information as part of the process. That list goes straight to your team, so you leave with everyone who actually engaged, not a guess at who walked past.
Do you travel outside Winnipeg?
Yes. I take the booth to conferences and trade shows across Canada. Winnipeg, Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, or anywhere in between, I can be there, and travel is built into the quote.

How far ahead should we book?
