Corporate & Team Headshots · Winnipeg

Corporate headshots in Winnipeg, with every face on your team shot by me.

I'm Mark Eadie, and I've photographed Winnipeg teams for 15 years. Because I light and shoot every person myself, your finished roster actually matches, instead of looking like it was pieced together from five photographers over ten years. Studio or on-location at your office.

Corporate team headshots in Winnipeg

Shot to one standard, by one photographer.

When you're refreshing a staff page, onboarding new hires, or photographing a whole department, the thing that usually goes wrong is consistency. Mismatched lighting, different crops, ten years of styles stacked onto one team page. I solve that by being the only photographer on it.

I photograph Winnipeg law firms, accounting and financial offices, medical clinics, real estate brokerages, government, and corporate teams, at my Exchange District studio or on-location at your office. Because the same person lights and directs every face, the finished set holds together, no matter how many people are in it or how long it takes to get through everyone.

It also means the new hire you photograph a year from now still matches the people shot today, because I bring them in to the same setup and light them the same way.

  • Studio or at your officeYou send people to the Exchange District, or I bring the full kit to your boardroom. Whichever is easier on your team.
  • One photographer on every faceSame lighting, same direction, same finish, whether it's a six-person firm or your entire head office.
  • Retouching that still looks like the personI clean each image up by hand without overdoing it, and send finished files in 3 to 5 business days.
  • New hires book themselves inI set up a private link your team shares, so new staff grab their own slot with no admin work on your end.
If anyone isn't happy, we reshootI go through each person's shots with them on the day. If someone isn't happy with theirs, I reshoot it, on me, no fuss.

Consistency

A team page that reads as one set.

Whether I'm photographing six new hires or updating a hundred staff profiles, every image lines up: the same lighting, the same framing, the same finish. Your directory looks deliberate, not pieced together.

That's the part most teams have wrestled with before they call me. A roster shot by whoever was free, over years, never quite matches. One photographer and one setup is what fixes it, and it's the whole reason to hand a team shoot to me rather than spread it around.

How it works

How a team shoot actually runs.

I built this so it's close to no work for whoever's coordinating it. Here's exactly who does what.

What's on you
Three short things
  • Send me the basics. Team size, rough dates, and studio or on-location, in one short form.
  • Share the link. Once we're booked I give you a private scheduling link or a sign-up sheet to forward to your team. That's the last admin you touch.
  • Show up. Your people arrive at their slot, in studio or in your boardroom, and I take it from there.
What's on me
Everything else
  • The proposal. An itemized quote back within one business day, priced per head by team size. No surprises later.
  • The setup. I bring and run all the lighting and backgrounds, and I'm ready before your first person sits down.
  • The shoot. I light and direct every person myself, about five minutes a head, and go through the shots with each of them so nobody leaves unsure.
  • The delivery. Hand-retouched files in 3 to 5 business days, sized for your site, LinkedIn, signatures, and directory, named per person if you want.

Ready to get your team photographed? Send the form and I'll have a proposal back to you within one business day. Studio slots open weekly, and I shoot on-location anywhere in Winnipeg by arrangement.

Good questions

What coordinators ask me about team headshots.

Do you come to our office, or is it studio only?
Both, your call. A lot of teams send people to my Exchange District studio for the controlled lighting, but for a bigger group I'll bring the whole setup to your office and run it out of a boardroom or open space. I handle all the gear and setup either way, so your team just shows up.
How do you keep everyone's headshots matching?
Because it's only ever me. I light every person with the same setup, frame them the same way, and finish them the same way, so the roster matches whether I shoot it in one afternoon or across several visits as people become available. That's the single biggest reason to give a team shoot to one photographer instead of splitting it up.
How long does each person take?
About five minutes a head once I'm set up. I keep a group moving without making anyone feel rushed, and a full day on-location usually gets through 40 to 60 people depending on the format. I'll map the timing to your headcount in the quote.
Can new hires book themselves in later?
Yes, and this is the part HR tends to like most. I'll set up a private booking link you hand to new staff, and they pick their own studio time online. No coordinating on your end, and because I shoot them against the same setup, their headshot drops onto the team page matching everyone else's.
What if we can't get the whole team on one day?
That's fine, and common. Plenty of my corporate clients have hybrid teams, travelling staff, or people who just can't all be in one place at once. I'll photograph whoever I can on the day and put the rest through individual studio sessions whenever suits them. Everyone still ends up matching.
Can you match the headshots we already have?
Often, yes. Companies come to me after leaving another photographer and need new headshots that sit beside the old ones without clashing. Send me a sample of what you're matching, the background, the crop, the framing, and I'll line the new ones up to it so your directory stays consistent while you transition.
Can we get a group photo of the whole team too?
Yes. I'll include one full-team group photo in any team shoot at no extra charge, and I can break it out by department if you'd rather. Additional group setups are billed at the rate of a single session. They're handy for the website, an annual report, or press.
What should the team wear?
The one rule that actually matters: no logos and no text on clothing. A branded polo or a slogan tee dates the photo instantly and pulls the eye off the face. Past that, dress to your company's culture, since a law firm and a tech team shouldn't look the same and don't have to. Block colours sit better on camera than tight stripes or loud checks. Once we're booked I send a short prep note you can forward to the whole team, so nobody's left guessing.
How soon do we get the files, and how are they delivered?
You'll have the finished files in 3 to 5 business days. I hand-retouch each selected headshot, cleaning up the obvious things without overdoing it, and deliver them sized and ready for your website, LinkedIn, email signatures, and internal directory. I can name each file per person so they're easy to sort.
How much do corporate team headshots in Winnipeg cost?
I price per head, and the rate comes down as the team gets bigger, with on-location setup factored in separately. Rather than a generic number, I'll send an itemized quote built around your size, location, and how many retouched images you need, within one business day of your request. No obligation.
What if someone isn't happy with theirs?
I go through each person's shots with them on the day, so they leave having chosen one they're happy with. If something still isn't right afterward, I reshoot it, on me, no fuss. Every headshot has to clear the same bar before it lands on your team page.
