I'm Mark Eadie, and I've photographed Winnipeg professionals for 15 years.

204 Photography is my studio, and as a Winnipeg headshot photographer I do one thing, headshots, every working day. Executives, lawyers, realtors, healthcare professionals, business owners, and whole corporate teams across Winnipeg and the rest of Manitoba.

No part of this is left for you to figure out. Here's how a headshot session with me runs, start to finish.

Before you arrive, you reserve a time on my calendar and the $50 deposit holds it. I send a short prep note covering what to wear, how to groom, and what to bring, so you walk in ready instead of guessing. If you're not sure about an outfit, that's exactly what the note is for.

When you get here, we take two minutes first on where this headshot is actually going, your LinkedIn, a firm bio, an MLS profile, the Law Society directory, so I'm shooting for the job it has to do rather than a generic look. Then I light you and we start.

While we shoot, I tell you what to do. Where to put your weight, how to angle your shoulders, what your face is doing, when to hold and when to ease off. You will never be standing there wondering whether you're doing it right, because that part is on me, every frame.

At the end, we sit down and run back through the takes together, and you mark the ones you want. Nothing gets chosen without you in the chair, and you leave knowing exactly what you're walking out with.

After that, I hand-edit the shots you picked and send the finished files inside a week, exported at the sizes you need for LinkedIn, a website, the directory, and print. If they don't land for you, we reshoot, on me.

There's no bundle to buy into. You choose your finished headshots while we review, and they run $95 each for 2–4, then $85 (5–9), $75 (10+), and $65 (20+). Most people keep two to four. The $50 deposit comes off your session.

What people ask when they're choosing a photographer.

How far ahead should I book?

A week or so is usually plenty for an individual session, sometimes sooner if there's an opening. If you've got a hard deadline, a profile that needs updating before a launch, a court call, a conference, tell me when you book and I'll work to it. Teams need more lead time, so reach out early for those.

Why book a photographer instead of an AI headshot app?

Because an app guesses at a face it's never seen, and it shows, slightly-off hands, invented collars, a version of you that isn't quite you. People notice, and on a firm bio or a LinkedIn that costs you. A real session gets your actual face, lit properly, with me directing it, and the result holds up everywhere it's used. It's also why every one of the 193 reviews is from a real person who sat in the chair.

Can you match the headshots the rest of my firm already has?

Yes. If your firm or brokerage runs a consistent look across its roster, send me a sample when you book and I'll match the background, lighting, and crop so your new headshot drops in without standing out. This comes up a lot with legal and corporate teams where every bio has to read as one set. If it's the whole team that needs doing, my corporate team headshots page covers that.

I always look stiff in photos. Will that be a problem?

No, and that's most people who walk in. You don't need to know what to do, because I direct the whole thing, your posture, your angle, where to look, and adjust until it lands. The ones who dread this part are usually the most surprised by their own photos. The studio's private too, so there's no one else in the room watching.

How many final images do I get, and what do they cost?

You choose your finished headshots with me at the end of the session, and you buy only the ones you want. They run $95 each for 2–4, then $85 (5–9), $75 (10+), and $65 (20+). Most people land on two to four. The session fee ($195 to $495) and the $50 deposit are separate from the retouched images.

Do I need to sort out hair and makeup first?

For most people, no. Come the way you'd show up for an important meeting and you'll photograph well. If you wear makeup day to day, your usual routine is fine. For a Branding session or a corporate booking where the photos get used at scale, I can point you to a Winnipeg hair and makeup artist, or build styling into a team quote.

How soon will I have my photos?

You leave having already chosen your shots, since we pick them together at the end. From there I hand-edit your selections and get the finished files to you inside a week, exported at the sizes you need for LinkedIn, a website, the Law Society or MLS directory, and print.

Do you photograph whole teams as well?

Yes, that's a big part of what I do. I photograph Winnipeg teams at my studio or on-location at your office, lighting each person the same way so the finished roster matches, even as you add people later. Take a look at my corporate team headshots page or send me a headcount for a quote.

What if the photos don't work for me?

Then we reshoot, and it's on me. No conditions, no time limit, no fine print. If you're not happy walking out with what we made, I'd rather bring you back than have you settle, and that's held for fifteen years.
