What a realtor headshot session is like.

It's quick, it's directed, and you choose your shots with me at the end.

Before you come in, you book online in a couple of minutes and the $50 deposit holds your spot. I send a prep note on what to wear and bring, and we sort anything specific when you arrive at the Exchange District studio.

In the studio, I light you and direct every frame: posture, angle, where to look, what your face is doing. Most agents tell me they freeze in photos. That part is on me to handle, not you.

At the end, we run back through the takes together and you call out the keepers. I retouch your picks and send the finished files within the week, sized and ready for your MLS profile, your brokerage page, lawn signs, and social.

What should I wear for a realtor headshot?

Your headshot runs small and runs everywhere: a phone-sized MLS thumbnail, a lawn sign read from a moving car, a business card. So the main thing is that it reads clearly at a glance. A solid mid-tone jacket over a simple top works best, since fine checks and busy patterns turn to noise once the photo shrinks, and mid-tones hold up better than stark white or black against the range of backgrounds your photo lands on. I send a prep note when you book and we sort the details on the day.

How long does a realtor session take?

The Express runs 30 minutes and suits a quick MLS or brokerage update with one clean look. The Signature is an hour and gives you more variety across outfits and backgrounds, the right pick when you need MLS, social, lawn signs, and your brokerage page covered. The Branding session is two hours and builds a full image library for top producers.

Do I need to be good in front of the camera?

No, and most agents tell me they freeze the second a camera is on them. I direct every frame, your posture, your angle, where to look, so you're not guessing. The agents who walk in sure they aren't photogenic are usually the ones most surprised by what we get.

Then we reshoot, and it's on me. No conditions, no expiry date. Your photo is going on signs all over the city, so it has to be one you're glad to have there. If it isn't, we go again.
